NT DAMA

The Northern Territory Designated Area Migration Agreement (NT DAMA)

Under a special agreement, it is now easier for Employers in the NT to sponsor foreign workers on Temporary Skill Shortage visa (Subclass 482) by a simple process of obtaining endorsement from the NT Department of Business after meeting six criteria.

Certain concessions available under NT DAMA include a reduction in the English language level requirements, access to some occupations not available under the standard 482 visa and a concession for salary levels.

Contact us today if you are an NT business wishing to apply for access to NT DAMA. We provide tailored advice for your unique circumstances based on our experience and knowledge of this area.
